Things have progressed and are rapidly coming into place. Contracts are being drawn up, fed-x is sending and receiving documents for us. This weekend, November 20th, primary TISIRI members will be on-board the vessel, identifying, marking and preparing the vessel for placement somewhere near the central Eastern seaboard off Florida. The exact location has not been finalized but it looks like somewhere near Daytona.

TUFF-E-NUFF is over 100 years old. A double hulled steel boat, a very nice one at that, will be serving out the rest of her duties in around 190 feet of sea water. There she will serve a post of vigilance for passing creatures of the deep and perhaps act as a station for those migrating closer to or away from shore.
