2010 International Coastal Cleanup

Saturday September 25, 2010 was International Coastal Cleanup day.

The Jacksonville Reef Research Team will again be the site captain for the cleanup at Helen Cooper Floyd Park,  also called the Little Jetties. Members from the NAS JAX SCUBA DIVES club and the REVLON COMPANY volunteers participated with the cleanup. We all met around 9am, collected our rubber gloves, bags and tools and began walking the shores, picking up any man made garbage. Here are some picture from that days event.

PADI MSDT - I've been a diver for over 33 years. I became an instructor because I want to be creditable and able to transfer my knowledge and skills to newer divers. Beside, it cuts down on the expense of diving. NOT! My Motto: First in, Last out
