Has Facebook become too big? I have been requesting login assistance since Friday May 4, 2011. The response to posting a login support question is “We will get back to you shortly.” 7 days later, 9 requests sent for support and nothing in return from Facebook.
Has Facebook gotten too big to care about one individual?
